The Citizenship Academy

About the Citizenship Academy Website

Over a three year period the Academy will work with 30 disabled people from throughout Scotland and will be take place in various locations across the country.

The course is designed to introduce students to a range of tools that will enable them to become active citizens, both locally and nationally.

The Academy Board

The Academy Board has oversight on course content, delivery and admissions. Board members come from across Scotland and meet regularly, therefore the exact content of the course is yet to be finalised and will depend on participant's aspirations and needs as well as the direction of the board.
